Dr. Irish Malapitan immigrated with her family from the Philippines in the 70's.  She completed her high school education in Mississauga, at the same time obtaining a music degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music of the University of Toronto.  She received   her Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and subsequently  achieved her Masters of Science in Immunology.   She then attained her DDS degree (with distinction) at the University of Western Ontario in 1999. To further her training, she completed the residency program at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. 

Dr. Malapitan has been practicing in Aurora before joining Dentistry on the Q in 2001.  She loves the team  and how the office always strives to provide patients with the most up to date technology and care.
